We are also pleased to welcome our new office staff and MOS tabulators – Beth Snider, Sandy Backer-Cherry and Deb Morris. And Howard Schatzberg Photography and Seehorse Video will return to provide complete coverage of the show including streaming video coverage of all sessions.

Several changes have been made to the show schedule to alleviate evening sessions from running too late. Additionally the Academy Show on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning will be judged by a 3-judge panel comprised of members of the William Woods University and Stephens College Equine Programs.

The popular “party boxes” (sold out in 2012) will be back as well as the Thursday night Fiesta Party, the Friday night Exhibitor Bar-b-q with live music by the “Last Missouri Exit” band and the Saturday evening Vendor Reception. We will also be conducting a 50/50 pony pitch during each evening performance where the pot is split between the winner and directly with our charities. If you are interested in reserving a party box, please contact Beth Snider to check availability.

Host hotels are once again the Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites, conveniently located near the National Equestrian Center in O’Fallon, MO. Just let them know you are with the horse show to receive the special discounted rates. There are many other hotels, fine dining and shops in the area including the Meadows at Lake St. Louis outlet mall.

Please note that any donations to the horse show or sponsorships will help support our two charities – Stray Rescue of St. Louis and Therapeutic Horsemanship. We look forward to seeing you at St. Louis Charity. Please contact Beth Snider or me if you have any questions or would like a prize list mailed to you.
