In conjunction with its full complement of classes for American Saddlebreds, Morgans and Hackney Ponies, the MHSA Bridlespur Kick-Off Horse Show, April 9-11, 2015 at the National Equestrian Center in Lake St. Louis, will host a MHSA sanctioned Dressage show. The Western Dressage division, to be held on April 10, and the open Dressage Schooling show on April 11 will be judged by the well-known Karen Winn.

The brainchild of Paula Briney, a Dressage Gold Medal rider who trains Saddlebreds for saddle seat and dressage competition, this newest addition to the line-up of classes at Bridlespur promises to showcase the versatility of the Saddlebred, while introducing exhibitors to disciplines other than their own.  The versatility charter club of the ASHA, VERSA, will be facilitating explanations of the different disciplines to exhibitors and spectators alike.  Show chair and current VERSA president, Jean Mutrux, has created a venue that makes showing and showcasing horses to others easy and fun.
