The American Saddlebred Registry is pleased to announce that its’ Board of Directors has approved a request from the ASR Sport Horse Committee to offer a special$50 registration fee for all Half Saddlebreds 12 months of age and over for a period of six months, i.e. for applications postmarked April 1, 2016 to October 1, 2016. The normal fee is $150. Please note that the registration fee for horses registered with another breed Association/Registry is $35. The $50 DNA kit fee still applies.
The goal is to increase the number of registered Half American Saddlebreds and thereby increase the number of horses eligible to participate in our Sport Horse Programs.
