The 2020 Saddle Seat Medallion Finals will be held Wednesday, September 23 at the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. Despite having numerous shows cancelled because of COVID, we have had several riders show in qualifying classes throughout the season. The following riders have qualified for the finals;

William Woods University has graciously donated a scholarship to the Champion of this year’s class. MHSA wants to thank William Woods University for the donation and ongoing support.
The MHSA Medallion Equitation program was started in 1983. It is open to all current MHSA members who are 17 and under and are nominated in equitation. A rider must show in at least one qualifying class during the show season in order to be eligible to compete in the Finals.
Since 2010, the Finals have been held at the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show. The class draws top equitation riders from across the Midwest, and previous winners have gone on to great success in National Equitation finals.
The Top Ten riders are pinned at the show, with special recognition for the Champion, Reserve Champion, and 13 and Under Champion.
The MHSA Stock Seat Medallion finals will be held October 24-25, 2020 at the Central States Fall Classic at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, MO.
